Apart from his years at Virginia Tech and the Charleston School of Law, Chris has been a lifelong resident of Hanover County. His diverse legal background spans matters ranging from major felony criminal cases to estate planning, litigation, and real estate, giving him a well-rounded perspective that benefits every client he represents. Today, he focuses his practice on Estate Planning and Administration, Real Estate, and Business Law.
Chris is an active leader in his profession and his community. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Governors for the Virginia State Bar General Practice Section, as a member of the Hanover County Economic Development Authority Board, as President of the Hanover County Bar Association, and as a board member of several local civic organizations. He has also taught continuing legal education courses for attorneys and presented Wills & Estates Law to police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, and other first responders through the Wills for Heroes Program.
