A lifelong resident of Hanover County, Grayson has been in private practice since 1975, building a reputation for thoughtful counsel and a deep commitment to the community he serves. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in the Hanover Bar Association as Treasurer, Secretary, and President, and has served multiple terms as Representative for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit on the Virginia State Bar Council, the governing body for all lawyers in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Grayson has also served on the Hanover County Planning Commission and the Virginia State Bar Sixth District Disciplinary Committee, and he currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Virginia State Bar General Practice Section. He has been qualified as an expert in real estate matters and has testified in the Hanover Circuit Court.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Grayson has dedicated countless hours to service projects benefiting the local community, including involvement in youth sports and service as Chairman of the Rockville School Park Foundation.
